Panoramic Report
A 360° panoramic capture was completed from the proposed mast height. This provided the client with a detailed visual understanding of the surrounding landscape, neighbouring structures, and potential orientation constraints. The report supported early-stage planning and site suitability assessment.
Line of Sight Survey
We carried out a dedicated line-of-sight survey to confirm signal clearance between the proposed mast location and key network targets. This helped identify potential obstructions and validated the viability of the site for telecoms transmission.
Topographical Surveys
A precise topographical survey of the area was completed to map ground levels, features, and terrain changes. The dataset provided engineers with accurate measurements for mast foundation planning, access design, and construction feasibility.
3D Modelling
Using drone imagery processing, we generated a high-resolution 3D models of the site. This enabled the client to review elevations, terrain, and site layout digitally, reducing the need for repeated site visits.
Photomontage
A photomontage was produced to show how the new structure would appear within the existing environment. This included accurate height placement and visual blending, allowing stakeholders, planners, and residents to clearly understand the visual impact.
Dilapidation survey
High-resolution 360° video was captured along the site access route to establish a definitive baseline of the existing infrastructure. This dual-phase documentation recorded both pre and post-build offers an immersive, time stamped comparison, allowing planners and landowners to verify the road’s integrity and settle potential claims with indisputable evidence
